As Lead Designer, you will manage website redesigns including updating all website content and web projects (website design, HTML web updates and email marketing design and code) and create all PowerPoints, marketing and print materials including but not limited to trade-show booths and giveaways.


You will also be applying skills for designing and developing web and graphical user interfaces for our awesome clients and creating their media, with the aim of increasing users and engagement across several platforms. You will work with various graphic design and web development tools and technologies.






Here are some of the things you will be doing and what we are looking for:


  • You will work closely with the Content team, developing designs and strategies for our clients.

  • You will be experienced in creating and working in/with user flows, wireframing, prototyping and responsive interface design;

  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment;

  • A university degree or certification in visual design or a design-related discipline (equivalent work experience is considered a substitution);

  • Hands-on experience in AI design, UX & UI design and usability with an understanding of design accessibility requirements;

  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, presentation;

  • You are adept in G-suite, Figma, Sketch, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Squarespace, and CSS;

  • You have design skills that align with client guidelines and parameters for various social media platforms, advertising campaigns, blogs, and branding; 

  • You will be responsible for working with the team to develop top-notch websites using Squarespace, WordPress, and other platforms at times;

  • Able to work independently, speaking with clients directly to brief them on exactly what they want whilst also showcasing your creative expertise to guide the process;

  • In speaking directly with clients, this could be using a wide variety of communication channels, including Slack, email, phone calls, and video calls;

  • Working efficiently and documenting all of your work effectively;

  • Understanding how long your design process will take to accurately quote clients on turnaround times and expectations;

  • Ability to take static website mocks and recreate them on various CMS platforms;

  • Updating existing client website designs;

  • Working cross-functionally with our digital strategists and content team members to incorporate client requests, custom graphics, and drafted web copy;

  • Generating, comprehending, and presenting reports to the clients (as needed);

  • You will be adaptable, and able to work independently, while managing multiple projects, and possibly direct reports;

  • Other duties as assigned.
